Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal or contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; please ensure the cookware is cleaned and securely packed in its original box.

  Verification Process

  Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Refund or Replacement

  After successful verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
